Description:
The project involves upgrading ICT infrastructure at Dačice Hospital through the acquisition and implementation of technologies for server rooms, network security enhancements, and comprehensive security and monitoring software.

The public procurement consists of these three parts:
Part 1) - Acquisition of technologies for server rooms
The subject of this part of the public procurement is the comprehensive supply, professional implementation, and subsequent commissioning of a complete technological solution for the expansion and supplementation of the existing data center infrastructure, both physically and technologically. Specifically, this involves the installation and integration of physical infrastructure elements, a modern air conditioning system, a backup power source, a camera system for monitoring and security purposes, fire safety systems, and the construction of an optical connection to a dedicated backup server room, which will ensure high availability and continuity of operation.

Part 2) - Acquisition of network technologies
The subject of this part of the public procurement is the delivery, implementation, and commissioning of a comprehensive solution for increasing the security of access to the LAN network and modernization of the backbone and access network infrastructure. This includes the replacement of active elements in both the access and backbone layers, deployment of a Network Access Control (NAC) system with IEEE 802.1X support, and the provision of centralized switch management through cloud management.
New switches (2 backbone switches and 7 access switches) will be deployed in the access layer, which will ensure secure connection of end devices using IEEE 802.1X-based authentication and authorization.

Part 3) - Delivery and implementation of security and monitoring software
The subject of this part of the public procurement is the delivery, implementation, and commissioning of powerful servers to increase system availability, enhance computing performance by providing two powerful rack servers and an enterprise-class All Flash disk array. The goal is to expand the computing and storage capacity of the hospital infrastructure with a focus on high performance, redundancy, scalability, advanced management and security features, including virtualization, high availability, and data services support. Additionally, the delivery, implementation, and commissioning of a comprehensive solution for securing the organization's perimeter, managing security policies, and detecting cyber threats is included. This involves deploying a high-availability firewall cluster, a centralized security event management system, and training of responsible personnel. Lastly, the delivery and installation of a centralized log collection system and the delivery and installation of hardware and software equipment that form a complete solution for long-term and detailed monitoring and evaluation of network traffic using data flows (NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, etc.) is also required.
