The subject of the order includes direct supplies of transformers for BESS projects. The delivery includes the execution of HV/MV transformers, their transport to locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the provinces of Lubusz, Greater Poland, West Pomerania, unloading, moving, and placing the transformers in positions or locations previously prepared by the EPC contractor (General Contractor in the EPC formula - Engineering, Procurement, Construction) or other entity acting on behalf of the Ordering Party, transfer of required technical, quality, and operational documentation, conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), providing transport, unloading, storage, connection, and external instructions, connection, integration and commissioning activities, as well as providing technical support and technological supervision over connection, integration, and commissioning activities carried out by the EPC contractor or other entity acting on behalf of the Ordering Party. The supplier is also obliged to perform post-delivery, unloading, moving, and placing control of the transformer, as well as appropriate measurements and tests confirming that during transport and handling no damage to the transformer or deterioration of its technical condition occurred. The description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”) constitutes Part 2 of the Terms of Reference.
The order includes the delivery of a total of 5 transformers and is divided into three parts:
Part 1 – supply of 2 transformers with a capacity of 50 MVA,
Part 2 – supply of 2 transformers with a capacity of 75 MVA,
Part 3 – supply of 1 transformer with a capacity of 100 MVA.
The Ordering Party requires indicating the parameters of the offered devices in the Bid Form attached as Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. The Ordering Party does not foresee restrictions regarding the maximum number of parts for which the order may be awarded to the same contractor. The contractor may submit an offer for one, two, or three parts of the subject of the order. The execution of the subject of the order for all parts of the subject of the order is 48 months from the date of signing the Agreement – in accordance with the Agreement and the OPZ.
The Ordering Party, regarding Parts 1 and 2 of the subject of the order, provides the possibility to use the option right in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, increasing the scope of the order to include the delivery of a total of 6 transformers, including:
- For Part 1 – an additional 3 transformers with a capacity of 50 MVA,
- For Part 2 – an additional 3 transformers with a capacity of 75 MVA.
