The procurement aims to supply equipment, installation, and works for the investment project titled 'ENSURING THE ITS INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GHEORGHENI', a project financed under the NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN, COMPONENT C10 – LOCAL FUND, Investment I.1.2 - Ensuring infrastructure for green transport – ITS/other ICT infrastructures (intelligent urban/local management systems). The traffic light system will include one traffic light point and 5 smart pedestrian crossings as part of the project. The intersection proposed for inclusion in the Traffic Management and Video Surveillance System is as follows: Intersection: Kossuth Lajos Street – Gheorghe Doja Street – Firefighters Street. The traffic light works consist of: • Creating the electrical duct in the roadway, sidewalk, and green space; • The connections between the traffic light support poles and the control unit have been realized through a dedicated underground electrical duct. • This duct has been created by open trenching in the sidewalk. For the main duct routes, 2 heavy PVC pipes d=110mm were used, respectively 3 pipes for crossing the roadway, and connections to poles were executed with 1 heavy PVC pipe d=63mm. • Creation of new pulling chambers: At the points of crossing the roadway and at the direction change of the duct, the duct has been designed with pulling chambers made of cement concrete. • Electrical connection cables for the traffic lights: The electrical cables that connect the traffic lights and the traffic control unit are of type Csyy. • Placement of traffic lights that use LED technology, which have better visibility, lower maintenance costs, and a much longer lifespan than conventional incandescent light traffic lights. • Placement of a traffic control unit with equipment that allows the introduction of multiple programs or the possibility of adding new equipment or equipment with different features (inductive loops, etc.). • Planting new traffic light poles and some poles with brackets. It has been foreseen to install simple poles and poles with brackets on the main road to double the vehicle traffic lights, thus increasing their visibility to a minimum of 50.00m (according to STAS 1848). • The intersections will be connected to the locality's electricity supply network. The proposed smart pedestrian crossings for inclusion in the Traffic Management and Video Surveillance System are as follows: • Smart Crossing: Kossuth Lajos St - Csodavilág Kindergarten; • Smart Crossing: Kossuth Lajos St – Vaskertes School; • Smart Crossing: Lacul Rosu St – Salamon Erno College; • Smart Crossing: Lacul Rosu St – Fogarassy Mihaly School; • Smart Crossing: Lacul Rosu St – Children's Palace. Video surveillance CCTV and FO In the project, it has been planned to be equipped with video surveillance cameras. The subsystem will receive and display images from the video cameras installed within the project. Outdoor IP video surveillance cameras and data transmission equipment will be used.
