The subject of the order is the delivery and installation, along with the commissioning of complete photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems, as well as obtaining the required formal and legal documentation in accordance with applicable regulations, enabling their operation for the following public utility buildings:

- photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 9.66 kWp (460 Wp x 21),
- energy storage with a capacity of 20 kWh,
b) Sports Hall at SP Kaniów, ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 15, Kaniów
- photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 20.24 kWp (460 Wp x 44),
c) Regional Museum in Bestwina, ul. Kościelna 57, Bestwina
- photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 2.76 kWp (460 Wp x 6),
d) Recreation and Water Sports Center in Kaniów, ul. Malinowa 6, Kaniów

2. The order includes:
a) delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels and energy storage systems along with the necessary equipment based on the "Technical Studies" which are Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ,
b) development of design documentation for fire safety expertise in accordance with Article 29, paragraph 4, point 3, letter c of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. Due to the subject of the order in the form of micro-installations up to 50 kW, not requiring obtaining a building permit and exempted from the necessity of notification according to Article 29, paragraph 4, point 3, letter c of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, there is no need to prepare a construction project. The contractor is obliged to develop execution project documentation by persons holding appropriate authorizations, obtaining on behalf of the contracting authority all necessary agreements and technical documents required to perform the subject of the order. The contractor, while performing the design documentation, is obliged to verify the data provided by the contracting authority on their own and to inform the contracting authority of any significant discrepancies observed in relation to the actual state. The technical data for the development of the installation project documentation is obtained by the contractor from their own measurements. As part of the subject of the order regarding the preparation of the project, the contractor will prepare technical-executive designs covering complete electrical diagrams of the designed photovoltaic installations with marked places for connecting to the existing electrical installation in the facility as well as other elements required by law such as fire safety agreements. The preparation should take into account currently applicable norms and regulations, design guidelines and agreements with the Investor. As part of the subject of the order in terms of developing project documentation, the contractor will prepare project documentation in 2 copies in paper version and an electronic version on USB drives or CD/DVD.
c) connection to the power grid and notification of readiness to launch the photovoltaic installation to the energy distributor,
d) notifying the City Commander of the State Fire Service in Bielsko-Biała about the commissioning of the photovoltaic installation,
e) preparation of as-built documentation, which consists of documents confirming proper execution of works, compliance with standards, and readiness of the installation for operation.
3. The minimum device parameters are specified in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
4. Warranty and guarantee period:
1) The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty for a period of not less than 60 months. The maximum expected warranty period is 84 months. By “warranty” the contracting authority means the contractor's product-mounting warranty for the entire subject of the order (independent of the manufacturers' warranties for individual elements of the installation). Note: The warranty period constitutes a criterion for selecting the offer. The contractor is obliged to provide the offered warranty period in the Offer Form (which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
2) The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty for defects for a period equal to that of the provided warranty.
3) Within the subject of the order, the following manufacturer's warranty periods are established:
- photovoltaic modules – minimum 12 years product warranty
- inverters - minimum 5 years product warranty,
- energy storage - minimum 10 years product warranty.
