1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 635 kWp, a container energy storage unit, including: 1) a photovoltaic installation on the flat roof of the building, on the southeastern and southwestern elevations, and on the ground, with a total capacity of up to 700 kWp, i.e., up to 1271 pieces of monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a power of 500 Wp. For the ground-mounted photovoltaic installation, low voltage cable lines from inverters mounted on a support structure of the panels to the low voltage switchroom in the garage building; 2) a container energy storage unit with a maximum charging and discharging power of 0.5 MW and an installed energy of about 2 MWh. The building of the container energy storage should have a typical structure, equipped by the manufacturer, delivered as a complete freestanding object. The storage according to the specification provided in the project; 3) execution of the scheme, purchase of equipment, and agreement on the telemechanics system in accordance with the requirements of the network manager PGE Dystrybucja SA. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the description of the order – annex no. 3, attached technical documentation, and technical specifications for execution and acceptance of the works. 3. All works should be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. The contractor is obliged to provide necessary personnel with appropriate construction qualifications, enabling the carrying out of industry works necessary for the proper implementation of the task. The aforementioned personnel must be reported to the Ordering Party for approval. 5. The project is co-financed under the European Funds.
