The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project-technical documentation and the construction of new infrastructure for charging electric low-floor city buses at the Client's garage-parking area on a 'turnkey' basis (eng. Design & Build). The procurement is not divided into lots as it is being procured on a 'turnkey' basis. The contract execution includes the service of preparing the complete project-technical documentation, goods (equipment), and works, and the contract is executed on a 'turnkey' basis, in accordance with Article 630 of the ZOO until the full functionality of the facility in question is achieved. The selected bidder is obliged to carry out all works necessary for the use of the facility. The subject of the procurement includes the preparation of detailed project-technical documentation for the construction of the infrastructure, including obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, in accordance with regulations related to spatial planning and construction.
