The subject of the contract is the supply of new applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment and will lead and support the digital transformation of the Municipality of Eretria. More specifically, the project includes a coherent network of actions and interventions for the gradual, organized, and smooth transition of the city into a digital city of the future. The goal of the project is none other than the digital transformation of the city towards optimizing the performance and effectiveness of the Public Administration as well as the substantial upgrading and enhancement of the level of integrated services to the citizens and businesses of the city.
The Physical Object of the Project refers to the implementation of the following Actions – Applications:
• Smart pedestrian crossings and accessible for people with disabilities
• Organization of a Traffic Office and Management of the Municipal vehicle fleet
• Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings
• Management system for municipal cemeteries and digitization of files
• Platform for managing kindergartens, informing parents with smart applications, etc.
• Electronic Payments Management System
• Central unified platform for managing and collecting data for digital transformation actions of local authorities
• Electronic Invoicing
