By comprehensiveness, we mean a partnership in which the chosen provider is responsible for the technical management of the device and information system environment of Espoon Asunnot Oy and daily user support (on-site and remote support). The service provider acts as the primary administrator and developer of the environment and actively identifies potential savings, improvements in practices, and technical development proposals.
The ICT support and maintenance services and server capacity services to be procured cover support for workstations as well as the already existing device inventory of the client, as well as the service platform for the client’s server software.
The procurement includes the transfer and management of existing servers to the Azure cloud service environment for those servers that can be transferred to the environment.
