The subject of the public procurement is the execution of an independent audit of cybersecurity by a qualified and independent person – a certified auditor in the field of cybersecurity who meets the requirements of Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cybersecurity incidents, reactive measures, requirements for submissions in the field of cybersecurity, and data disposal (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree”).

As part of the fulfillment, the functionality of the enhanced information system ensuring the secure protection of the perimeter of České dráhy, a.s. will be verified, and its compliance with the cybersecurity requirements according to the provisions of §18, §19, §20, §22, §23, §24, §26, and §27 of the Decree will be checked.

The contracting authority in this procurement procedure proceeds in accordance with the transitional provisions defined in § 71 of Act No. 264/2025 Coll. on cybersecurity, thereby defining the subject of the public procurement in relation to the Decree.
