The client will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract will only be used by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract will only be Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For clarity, it is noted that Istekki's clients are not parties to this tendering process or the procurement contract resulting from it.

The procurement quantities presented in the request for proposals are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a purchase obligation for the client.
