Operation and Maintenance of the ITS Field Equipment System.
The elements of the capital city's ITS system involved in the contract: • Elements of the traffic and bus lane monitoring visual system; • Elements of the parking management system; • Travel time determining and display system (license plate reading cameras, variable message signs (VJT), data transmission system, software and hardware); • Traffic measurement points, meteorological measuring devices; • Elements of the freight traffic access control system; • Optical fiber network, including the substructure. The winning bidder will perform the listed operation-maintenance tasks (the part of the service fee) for a proposed monthly lump sum, while the materials used during the works and the works ordered beyond the operation-maintenance tasks (e.g. installation of cameras provided by the contracting authority) will be accounted for itemized. The winning bidder will provide a net budget of 50,000,000 HUF for itemized materials and fees until the expiration of the contract. The lump sum must include all costs incurred during the performance of the work (temporary traffic diversion, subcontractor participation fee), except for the costs of BKV Zrt.'s overhead line de-energization and the temporary traffic diversion costs on the sections of the highways leading into the capital. The lump sum does not include the fees for troubleshooting the substructures or optical cables, which can be accounted for against the itemized accounting budget. The winning bidder can invoice the lump sum and the value of the itemized accounts monthly. If the winning bidder reaches 90% of the available itemized accounting budget during repairs, it must notify the contracting authority in writing. The field troubleshooting work carried out under the system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the capital city's ITS system fundamentally affects the operation of the Capital Traffic Control Center's management system (Scala) and the Integrated Transportation Organization and Regulation System (IKSZR), thus maintaining close contact with their service operators is required. The contracting authority may prescribe expert supervision for certain repair and maintenance tasks. Typical quantities considering the references defined as technical and professional eligibility: 1. Traffic and bus lane monitoring cameras: 836 pcs 2. Variable message signs (VJT): 63 pcs 3. Meteorological measuring devices: 2 pcs 4. Length of optical network: 187.4 km Additional requirements are included in the technical description issued as part of the procurement documentation.
