The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public procurement into individual parts. The contract is classified, in accordance with § 35 of the Act on Public Procurement, into the following 4 parts: 1) Part 1: Risk analyses and further documentation of the security management system 2) Part 2: Supply and implementation of infrastructure to enhance cybersecurity 3) Part 3: Acquisition and implementation of Endpoint protection solution (EDR) 4) Part 4: Cybersecurity audit
Currently, parts 1, 2, and 3 are being awarded. Therefore, within this procurement procedure, a participant may submit a bid for parts 1, 2, or 3 of the contract, possibly for more than one or all of these parts. For each part of the contract, the participant must always offer complete fulfillment of that part in accordance with the conditions of the tender documentation.
