Procurement of an Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) Solution, Including SOC Monitoring.
The subject of the tender is the implementation of an Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solution for the Märkischer Kreis, which will be monitored and operated by a Security Operations Center (SOC) throughout the entire contract duration. The SOC service is an integral part of the tender and must be provided by the bidder. The goal of the procurement is to implement a powerful security platform that enables continuous monitoring, detection, and effective response to security-related incidents in the IT infrastructure of the Märkischer Kreis. The contractor is responsible for the provision and implementation of the EDR solution, the integration into the existing IT landscape, as well as the handover of an operational system. During the contract period, the operation and monitoring of the EDR solution must be ensured by the SOC to be provided.
