1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of the task involving the delivery, installation, and commissioning of six brand new, dual-station plug-in charging stations for electric buses, along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, at the bus depot in Kobylnica, with the option for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of five brand new, dual-station plug-in charging stations for electric buses, along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, at the bus depot in Kobylnica. The scope of the contract includes, in particular: 1) Delivery, installation, and commissioning of 6 chargers allowing simultaneous charging of two buses (2 × up to 60 kW) or one bus (up to 120 kW), 2) Construction of electrical energy infrastructure, including a container transformer station SN/NN (up to 1000 kVA), internal power supply lines, and accompanying installations, 3) Completion of construction, assembly, and finishing works (foundations, surfaces, lighting, mechanical protections, mini shelters), 4) Implementation of teleinformatics infrastructure and deployment of a remote monitoring and charging management system, 5) Integration of the charger management system with the Municom Premium system from R&G Plus Sp. z o.o., used by the Ordering Party, by enabling data export to this system, 6) Obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the decision of the Technical Inspection Authority permitting the devices for operation, 7) Conducting commissioning, tests, and handing over for operation along with full post-execution documentation, including providing documentation marked with CE of the delivered devices, 8) Training of the Ordering Party's employees, 9) Provision of warranty and service services. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU) which constitute Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The attachment to OPZ is the design of the execution of the works and the building permit decision.
