The contract is a type of Performance-Based Contract. It is part of a management approach of MT (temperature contract), MC (metered contract), CP (fuel service), or PF (fixed-price services), with incentives for lot 1. The contract includes the following services: - The supply of energy "P1", namely, the supply of so-called "incoming" energy - The service provisions "P2", namely, the operation of the installations, monitoring, adjustment and routine maintenance, ensuring the temperatures inside buildings, taking care of the regulatory checks of thermal installations, supplying small equipment, - The Total Guarantee transparent in controlled expenses "P3R", - Major maintenance renewal (GER) "P3P", namely, the investments allowing to obtain energy performance through a work program. - An incentive on achieved heating savings with commitment to comfort temperature (heating and ECS), seeking energy savings and adhering to the consumption targets defined in the Commitment Act.
