"Construction of garage-workshop facilities for the needs of buses. The task is carried out as part of the task entitled: "Construction of infrastructure under the program 'Low-emission urban transport system along with the expansion of the P&R parking lot at the Miechów train station".
3.1. The subject of the contract is "Construction of garage-workshop facilities for the needs of buses. The task is carried out as part of the task entitled: "Construction of infrastructure under the program 'Low-emission urban transport system along with the expansion of the P&R parking lot at the Miechów train station".
3.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1. Preparation of complete project documentation required for the proper execution of the task, divided by sectors along with technical specifications for execution and acceptance, investment cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
2. Obtaining the necessary final decisions for implementation, including construction permits or notifications, opinions, expert assessments, and approvals, as well as guidelines along with performing author supervision and conducting all necessary acceptances and obtaining usage permit decisions/ submitting a notification of completion of works (if required).
3. Execution of construction works based on project documentation, construction permits or notifications, SWZ, agreements, and in accordance with applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge.
3.3. In the scope of construction works, the task includes:
1. Providing complete geodetic service during the execution of the order and performing post-execution geodetic inventory of the task.
2. Ensuring that the contractor manages construction with individuals possessing the required qualifications in each sector.
3. Providing a complete set of documents from the contractor necessary for notifying the commencement of construction to the construction supervision authority.
4. Delivering the subject of the contract to the contracting authority on the terms specified in the contract.
5. Exercising author supervision throughout the entire execution period of the order.
6. Preparing, compiling, and delivering post-execution documentation to the contracting authority in the form of an operation.
7. During execution, performing all necessary tests, checks, obtaining all necessary protocols, decisions required for acceptance of the facility and conducting training for the contracting authority’s personnel in building operation.
8. The contracting authority informs that the internal electrical installation designed and executed in the garage-workshop building should be connected to the connection made as part of the second task carried out on the facility entitled: "Purchase of PV installation on a carport structure with an energy storage system and management system as part of the garage-workshop facilities for the needs of urban buses and purchase of chargers for buses - 2 pcs."
9. The contracting authority informs that the location of electric chargers for buses implemented under the aforementioned project has been planned in the internal space of the designed garage-workshop facilities for buses. The contracting authority will indicate the location of the chargers in the designed building during the development of conceptual documentation by the contractor. Therefore, the contractor is obliged to consider in the offer the need to coordinate project implementation with the contractor executing the task resulting from the public procurement procedure entitled: "Purchase of PV installation on a carport structure with an energy storage system and management system as part of the garage-workshop facilities for the needs of urban buses and purchase of chargers for buses - 2 pcs."
The investment is carried out under the program "Low-emission urban transport system along with the expansion of the P&R parking lot at the Miechów train station; case number: ZP.271.36.25.
3.4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Attachment 1 to SWZ, which consists of OPZ and PFU
