Description:
Activities will be conducted to implement and evaluate the Council Directive on protecting waters from nitrate pollution in agricultural practices in the Czech Republic and Belgium.

The subject of this public procurement is to ensure activities related to the proper implementation of Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 on the protection of waters against pollution by nitrates from agricultural sources (hereinafter referred to as the "Directive") and to ensure investigations in agricultural practice for the purposes of monitoring the Directive, including the evaluation of the obtained results. The subject of the public procurement and all commercial, payment, and technical conditions are defined in the binding text of the draft contract contained in Annex No. 2 of this procurement documentation. The execution of the public procurement will take place in the years 2026–2028 and will commence immediately after the conclusion of the public procurement contract between the contracting authority and the selected contractor. The place of execution of the public procurement is the Czech Republic and Belgium – Brussels.
