The subject of the order is the delivery - "Integration and expansion of the IT systems of the provider - purchase or expansion or integration of hospital systems HIS along with servicing new EDM and digitization of medical documentation", within the project titled "Implementation of e-services in the Independent Public Healthcare Team in Brzesko".
1) Task No. 1 – Integration and expansion of the IT systems of the provider - purchase or expansion or integration of hospital systems HIS along with servicing new EDM;
2) Task No. 2 - Digitization of medical documentation significant from the perspective of treatment and prevention - purchase or modification or integration of hospital IT systems, serving the indexing of EDM in the P1 system, in the scope of at least the discharge summary from hospital treatment from 2023.
Detailed description of the subject of the order includes:
1) For Task No. 1 - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order – Detailed offer form;
2) For Task No. 2 – Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order – Detailed offer form;
and the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
The contracting authority requires that the execution of the subject of the order takes place in accordance with the DNSH principle (“do no significant harm”) for environmental purposes, resulting from Article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, and the conditions specified in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of February 12, 2021, establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and the guidelines for the National Recovery Plan, while adhering to horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
