The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply of electric vehicle charging stations, electrical connection works, installation and assembly within the project "Ecological metropolitan public transport system - phase I" - project no. C10-I1.1-27, as follows:
Electric vehicle charging station AC 2*22 kW - 16 pcs;
Electric vehicle charging station DC 50 kW + AC 22 kW - 5 pcs;
Electric vehicle charging station DC 2*50 KW - 7 pcs.
The estimated value of this supply contract is 2,408,694.70 lei excluding VAT and is composed of:
1 CHAPTER 4. Expenses for basic investment
2 4.1 Constructions and installations 725,806.70 lei excluding VAT;
3 4.1.1 Works for energy supply - Electrical utilization installation 474,175.85 lei excluding VAT;
4 4.1.2 Installation of stations - Execution works for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations 251,630.85 lei excluding VAT;
5 4.2 Installation of technological and functional equipment 129,505.60 lei excluding VAT;
6 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment that require installation 1,553,382.40 lei excluding VAT;
In accordance with Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is until the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline for responding to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers for requests for clarification submitted until the 18th day prior to the deadline for submission of offers.

The objective of this procurement is to supply and install a number of 28 electric vehicle charging stations in the municipality of Suceava and neighboring localities, with the aim of promoting the use of electric vehicles and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. These stations will be located on public domain of the municipality of Suceava, the city of Salcea, and the communes of Adâncata, Moara, Pătrăuți, Șcheia, Ipotești, Bosanci, and Mitocu Dragomirnei.
