Construction of Bus Station - 20250044 - Scaffolding
(Execution period February-May 2026) In the course of the construction of a modern bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, extensive scaffolding work will be carried out in accordance with DIN EN 12811-1 and DIN EN 12810-1. The measure includes the erection of freestanding façade scaffolding on several buildings: workshop, washing hall, social building, and an open large garage. A total of approximately 3,747 m² of façade area will be scaffolded, with the scaffolds being self-stable and erected without direct anchoring on load-bearing ground. Preparatory services such as the inspection of the areas to be scaffolded and area-wide leveling for load distribution are planned to adapt to local conditions. For the safe execution of the work, additional components such as surface expansions (approximately 1,426 m) and catch scaffolds (approximately 411 m) will be installed. Access to the scaffolding will be via stair towers with a height of up to 9 m and a total length of 50 m, whose usage is planned for 30 weeks each. To ensure fall protection, side guardrails with a length of 1,426 m will be installed. The usage of the scaffolding and accessories totals over 130,000 m²Wo, distributed across the various building sections. The services include assembly, disassembly, and maintenance, delivery and dismantling of all scaffolding components as well as cleaning and disposal according to the specifications of the construction site organization.

Carpentry and wooden construction works - roofing
As part of the construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising, Lot 5a covers all carpentry and wooden construction works for the extensive roofing of the bus parking spaces (open large garage). The services begin with surveying work and technical processing, including work and assembly planning as well as static verifications. Subsequently, the construction of the supporting framework made of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) will take place: main beams in visible quality with a height of 1.50 m and lengths of up to 17.25 m (approximately 380 m in total) and secondary beams with lengths of up to 5.75 m (also approximately 380 m). In addition, 120 prefabricated hollow box beams made of LVL will be assembled, complemented by temporary weather protection over an area of approximately 936 m². The edge finishing of the roof is carried out with LVL boards (approximately 197 m²), substructures and support battens (each approximately 471 m²) as well as a profile board cladding made of European larch (also approximately 471 m²). For static bracing and connections, numerous steel parts and fasteners will be supplied and installed, including 24 tie rod systems as wind bracing, 120 steel beams IPE 240, over 3,000 dowels, and various welded constructions. Corrosion protection is done by hot-dip galvanizing (approximately 28.9 t) and fire protection coatings (approximately 958 m²), while the wood surfaces are treated with an impregnation stain (471 m²). Articulated telescopic and scissor lifts are required for assembly, which are included in the contract scope. All work is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and taking into account the high requirements for visual quality, durability, and safety.
