The estimated value of all subsequent public procurement contracts, which are expected to be awarded based on the framework agreement is 45,000,000.00 lei.
The maximum estimated value of a subsequent contract is 15,000,000.00 lei excluding VAT
Contracts will be concluded annually within the framework agreement.
The activities planned for Year I, Year II, and Year III will be carried out as needed, therefore, subsequent contracts will be awarded based on the needs of the contracting authority.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation announcement and the acquisition data sheet – Section I.3).
The number of days until when clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies: 18. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for Clarifications by publishing in the Documentation Section,
clarifications, decisions, on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Participation Announcement for submitting offers.
