Description:

The project involves consulting and management services for the GIIT-SA project and the development of a custom software platform with system integration, testing, deployment, and training for municipal staff.

The contract is divided into two distinct lots, which respond to services of different nature within the same strategic project for digital transformation in the tourism sector:
− Lot 1 – Project Office: consulting services, management support, and coordination of the execution of the GIIT-SA project, including planning, technical supervision, milestone tracking, quality control, progress reports, and assistance to the City Council in liaising with the grant-awarding Administration. These are intellectual services related to ICT project management in the public sector.
− Lot 2 – Development and Implementation of the GIIT-SA Platform: custom software programming services, system integration, implementation of the evolved BAN2 platform and various functional modules, as well as integration with external systems. It also includes associated services for testing, deployment, documentation, and training of municipal staff in the use of the implemented solution.
This lot includes the supply and installation of “on-premise” hosting infrastructure associated with the environments, essential for the proper execution of the project.

Lot 1 – Project Office.
Consulting services, management support, and coordination of the execution of the GIIT-SA project, including planning, technical supervision, milestone tracking, quality control, progress reports, and assistance to the City Council in liaising with the grant-awarding Administration.
