An open call is issued for the creation of virtual immersive experiences aimed at enhancing underwater heritage, emphasizing the need for a cohesive approach in production due to the interrelated nature of the services.

The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The contract is a global and fixed-price contract. The contract benefits from European co-financing. The services will be the subject of a single contract. In application of article L 2113-11 of the CCP, the choice not to subdivide this contract is justified by the following reason(s): The legal reasons are those of article L2113-11 of the CCP: - the division into separate lots is likely to restrict competition or could make the execution of the services technically difficult or financially more expensive. Indeed, the requested services are related and require coherence in production in both creative, qualitative, and technological aspects. Furthermore, financial gains can be achieved by pooling the implementation of the various expected productions. No breakdown into phases is planned.
