The object of this contract is (i) the implementation and maintenance of a new GIS platform (under ESRI license and Utility Network data model) that improves the current one, allowing for the management of assets and documentation of the various departments of the CAT, and (ii) the design and configuration of the DOCAT portal, which will provide secure access to open data and documentation, facilitating the query and export of information to administrations, consortium members, and end users.
The new GIS platform must enable:
•Integrate this GIS with the SAGEDCAT system (advanced data management solution for the CAT) and other non-interconnected applications to date, consolidating the information in a single platform.
•Interconnect the GIS with the MAXIMO asset control system (GMAO) and enable mobility features to improve the updating and refining of information in the field.
The improvement in the platform will result in increased productivity in the various departments, facilitating access to data, its update, and refinement, as fundamental tools for creating data that feeds the SAGEDCAT system.
Data communication will always be bidirectional, allowing use from each application. Access to information from the CAT's internal information portal will also be improved.
