1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of HIS, RIS, PACS systems along with their integration with national e-health systems (P1, PUE, PUI) as part of the project entitled: "Digital transformation of WMCCP – modern technologies for health".
2. The aim of the task is to create an integrated, secure, and interoperable IT environment that will enable the maintenance of complete electronic documentation of patients (EDM), ensure compliance with national e-health systems (P1, PUE, PUI), and prepare the hospital for the implementation of a new catalog of 9 samples of EDM documents. The following activities will be carried out as part of the task:
a) Modernization and integration of HIS/RIS/PACS systems - modernization of HIS and its full integration with RIS, PACS, P1, and the planned Intelligent Services Platform (PUI). New modules will enable, among other things, maintaining EDM in accordance with HL7 CDA, DICOM, FHIR; data integration from across the hospital; automatic settlements with NFZ; generating reports and documenting with the help of AI and voice assistant.
b) Interoperability and integration with P1/PUI – the system will be capable of transmitting EDM according to the HL7 CDA standard, compliant with 9 new documents (e.g., e-DILO, e-KOK, occupational medicine), compliant with CeZ guidelines, supporting OAuth2.0, WSS/TLS, DICOM, and utilizing AI analytics from PUI.
