4.1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of charging points along with the necessary infrastructure for intercity buses for the Municipality of Podegrodzie. The name assigned to the order:
"Construction of Charging Points" as part of the project for the Purchase of Zero-Emission Intercity Buses for the Municipality of Podegrodzie.
4.2. 4.3. The order includes:
a) the construction of 5 charging points of 50 kW each, installation of 50 kWh with a hybrid inverter for each point, an energy storage of approximately 50 kW capacity and a charger of kW power,
b) all design works including demolition, construction, installation and finishing works, along with obtaining the required opinions, agreements and permits (including construction design, executive project, STWIOR, investor's cost estimate, agreements with fire safety experts, obtaining UDT for the electric vehicle charging point, notifying micro-installation to TD S.A. and obtaining positive connection to TD S.A. network) necessary for the effective implementation of the investment task,
c) construction of electric vehicle charging points along with accompanying infrastructure in the locations:

- Olszana plot no. 327/2,
- Podegrodzie plot no. 663/1,
- Podrzecze, plot no. 418/11, 416/15, 413/3.
d) training of employees.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is determined by the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) attachment no. 10.1, 10.5, 10.10, 10.14 as well as attachments no. 10.2 – 10.4, 10.6 – 10.9, 10.11 – 10.13, 10.15 - 10.18 10.1 – 10.18 to the SWZ.
4.5. Requirements for the charging infrastructure:
1) Zero-emission and energy efficiency
• Charging stations will be adapted to use energy from renewable sources (RES) and equipped with smart load management systems.
• Technologies minimizing energy losses during charging will be applied to increase energy efficiency.
2) Weather resistance
• Charging stations will be protected against extreme weather conditions, including high and low temperatures, humidity, and precipitation.
• The construction of the devices will ensure their long-term operation and corrosion resistance.
3) Safety and waste management
• Charging stations will be equipped with systems that protect against leaks and environmental contamination.
• Charging devices will be designed in a way that minimizes waste generation and ensures proper segregation and recycling.
4.6. Additionally, as part of the order, the Contractor is required to perform all necessary works related to the execution of the order, including:
a) arrange the work facility,
b) ensure work safety – this also applies to securing the safety conditions of all persons authorized to be on the construction site,
c) organize and conduct necessary tests, examinations and acceptance for the scope of work covered by the subject of the order,
d) cover damages occurring during the execution of the order (including to third parties),
e) restore the area occupied for the execution of the order to its original state along with dismantling all auxiliary devices.
4.7. The order, including services and warranty repairs, will be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle in respect of the following environmental goals:
1) "Mitigation of Climate Change" - ensuring that activities related to the production, operation, and maintenance of the fleet and charging points do not contribute to worsening climate change through excessive emissions of exhaust gases.
2) "Adaptation to Climate Change" - ensuring that the fleet is resistant to climate changes, such as extreme temperatures, intense rainfall, and snow, as well as other weather phenomena.
3) "Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources" - ensuring that the operation and maintenance of the fleet and charging points do not lead to pollution of surface and groundwater or reduce the availability of water resources.
4) "Circular economy, including waste generation prevention and recycling" - ensuring the minimization of waste production and promoting recycling of materials used in the production consumed in the operation and maintenance process of charging points.
5) "Prevention and control of air, water, or soil pollution" - reducing the negative impact of activities on the environment by preventing air, water, and soil pollution.
6) "Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems" by preventing harm to biodiversity and ecosystems through minimizing interference in the natural environment. Due to lack of space, complete information can be found in the SWZ.
