1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of the task consisting of the supply, installation, and commissioning of six brand new dual plug-in charging stations for electric buses, along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, at the bus depot in Kobylnica, along with an option for the supply, installation, and commissioning of five brand new dual plug-in charging stations for electric buses with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, at the bus depot in Kobylnica. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Supply, installation, and commissioning of 6 chargers enabling simultaneous charging of two buses (2 × up to 60 kW) or one bus (up to 120 kW), 2) Construction of electricity infrastructure, including a container transformer station SN/NN (up to 1000 kVA), internal power supply lines, and accompanying installations, 3) Execution of construction, assembly and finishing works (foundations, surfaces, lighting, mechanical barriers, mini shelters), 4) Execution of teleinformatic infrastructure and implementation of a remote monitoring and management system for the charging process, 5) Supply of the system for remote monitoring of electric bus charging stations, 6) Obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the decision of the Office of Technical Inspection allowing the equipment to be used, 7) Conducting commissioning, testing, and transfer to operation along with complete post-execution documentation, including the transfer of documentation with the CE marking of the delivered devices, 8) Training of the Ordering Party's employees, 9) Providing warranty and service services. 2. The description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the “OPZ”, is included in attachment No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) which constitute attachment No. 5 to the SWZ. An annex to the OPZ is a project for execution of works and a building permit decision.
