The object of the purchase is the purchase of 10 pcs. clean buses (with 0 exhaust emissions) – electric 10 m with 4 pieces fast charging stations on the route, respectively 10 pieces slow charging stations at the autobase, design and assistance activities
technical (for electric vehicle recharging stations), construction works for connecting electric bus recharging points/stations, intended for urban and interurban passenger transport, equipped with facilities (specific arrangements for one of the access doors) for the access of persons with reduced mobility, through the call for proposals PNRR/2022/C10/I.1.1.
The delivery time is the one mentioned for each product. The products will be delivered in compliance with all quantitative and qualitative requirements to the place of delivery indicated by the contracting authority/entity. Each product will be accompanied by all subassemblies / component parts necessary for commissioning and maintenance. The delivery of the buses will be made at the Public Transport Company CSIKI TRANS SRL, str. Salcâm, nr. 1, Miercurea Ciuc.

The minimum guarantees required are as follows:
• Guarantee of operation of electric buses: minimum 500,000 km or minimum 5 years from the date of commissioning. The warranty covers electric buses as a whole and all their components. The bidder will take into account an average annual journey of 100,000 km / electric bus;
• Guarantees imposed on subassemblies, different from that of the electric bus:
- bodywork - minimum 12 years;
- floor and carpet floor including gluing system - minimum 12 years;
- tires - minimum 120,000 km;
- electric batteries - minimum 5 years.
• The warranty period for charging stations is minimum 5 years.

Any interested economic operator shall have the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, within the time limit set by the contracting authority. Any request for clarification should be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications in days: 20
The answers to requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, in the section "List, clarifications, notifications and decisions" of the contract notice. The contracting authority shall respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the deadline established pursuant to Article 27 para. (3) of GD 395/2016. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the deadline set. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information, as follows:
- On the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders, for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators 20 days before the closing date for submission of tenders;

The contracting authority is Miercurea-Ciuc Municipality, beneficiary of the financing contract for the project "Development
ecological public transport service in the peri-urban area of Miercurea Ciuc municipality – Stage 1" through PNRR/2022/C10/I.1.1., through which the purchase of clean buses (which have zero exhaust emissions) - electric buses (which will also include the purchase and installation of fast recharging stations - on the route, respectively slow recharging stations - at the autobase) will be carried out, which also includes design and technical assistance activities (for electric vehicle recharging stations), respectively construction works for connecting electric bus charging points/stations. The municipality of Miercurea-Ciuc undertakes to provide adequate spaces for the location of recharging stations.

According to the planning documentation through the PNRR/2022/C10/I.1.1 programme. refers to the renewal of the fleet of vehicles for public transport in areas inside the peri-urban area of Miercurea-Ciuc municipality, a number of 10 buses of normal capacity (9 - 11 m) with electric propulsion, respectively 10 slow charging stations and 4 fast charging stations will be purchased.
The offer will be made for the entire batch of buses (10 pieces) and all requested charging stations (10 slow charging stations and 4 fast charging stations with their design, installation).
