Project Management Assistance Missions for the Scheduling, Planning and General Coordination of Operations - Planning Missions.
Through this Framework Agreement, SNCF intends to entrust the Holders with:
- Project Management Assistance Missions for Scheduling, Planning and General Operation Coordination.
- Planning missions: The performance of managing schedules and associated risks, the coordination of all the stakeholders in activity, planning, assistance and methodological support to the Project Management and the Delegated Operations Directors/Operations Managers.
Framework Agreement for Project Management Assistance Mission for Scheduling – Planning Missions on the national territory
The contract will consist of a period of one: • firm term of twenty-four (24) months, • optional term (renewal) of one year (12) months, (The exercise of the option will take place 1 month before the end of the firm term). The total duration of the Contract, including the duration of any renewal, may in no case exceed 36 months, i.e. three (3) years.
The purpose of this consultation is to select four (4) licensees.
The attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact of the award of a framework agreement and its subsequent contracts N°1, N°2 and N°3.
The Company will award subsequent contracts No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 concomitantly with the framework agreement. based on market-specific criteria.
It is recalled that the tenderer must provide a price offer for the framework agreement.
It is recalled that the bidder may respond to one or more of the subsequent contracts at its convenience.
An analysis and award of the tenders will be carried out for the framework agreement.
An analysis and award of the bids will be carried out on a subsequent contract by subsequent contract.
Award of the framework agreement
The framework agreement is awarded to the 4 tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders after any negotiations on the basis of the specifications and criteria brought to the attention of the tenderers in the consultation regulations of the subsequent framework agreement with contracts.
Awarding of Subsequent Contracts
The award of a subsequent contract shall be made to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender after any negotiations on the basis of the specifications and criteria brought to the attention of the tenderers in the consultation rules for the subsequent contract.
