The modernization of the command-control-protection system for the proper operation of the 220/110/20 kV Sălaj electrical station. The work will involve the implementation of a command-control-protection system at the 220/110/20 kV Sălaj station that complies with the applicable NTI TEL, with protection cabinets installed in the relay rooms and SCADA server cabinets installed in the control room. To achieve the aforementioned objectives, a works execution contract will be concluded, which will include, in addition to construction works, the supply of products and their installation according to the Specifications and the development of Execution Details. Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation announcement and - on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will respond only to clarification requests addressed by economic operators by the established deadline, according to art. 29 para (3) of HG 394/2016.
