2. Minimum technical and functional characteristics of the equipment after the software and hardware upgrade.
Upon execution of the public procurement, the selected participant should ensure the following minimum technical and functional characteristics of the equipment, which should be available after the upgrade:
1. Upgrade the CT system to the latest software platform and hardware generation, compatible with the existing apparatus.
1.1. Software and hardware upgrade of the CT console to a version compatible with the latest software platform and hardware generation of the CT system.
1.2. Software upgrade of the CT generator to a version compatible with the latest software platform and hardware generation of the CT system.
1.3. Delivery of 1 piece of original, factory new X-ray tube with an anode technology of "liquid bearings", compatible with the latest software and hardware generation of the CT system.
1.4. Upgrade of the console with specialized reconstruction techniques, allowing an increase in the reconstruction matrix from 512x512 to 1024x1024.
1.5. Upgrade of the console with an increase in reconstruction speed from 22 to 30 images per second.
1.6. Upgrade of the console and add a virtual platform for processing medical images with direct access functionality to the patient database of the CT console and automatic initial software processing for image interpretation.
1.7. Upgrade of the console and add the ability to perform neurological perfusion studies with protocols for dynamic perfusion processing for both stroke and brain tumors.
2. Software and hardware upgrade of the 3D medical image processing platform from version AW Z800 HW 4.7 SW to the latest software and hardware generation, compatible with the existing station.
2.1. Software upgrade and addition of a specialized package for automatic detection and labeling of the vertebrae of the spine based on algorithms with artificial intelligence.
2.2. Software upgrade and addition of a specialized neurological package including automatic segmentation and analysis of aneurysms and processing and mapping of images from cerebral perfusion based on algorithms with artificial intelligence.
2.3. Software upgrade of the platform for 3D processing of medical images and addition of a specialized package for analysis of lung diseases (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, etc.) with quantitative assessment and virtual bronchoscopy.
2.4. Upgrade of the existing software packages Volume Viewer, VessellQ Xpress, AutoBone Xpress, AdvantageSim MD, LungVCAR, Colon VCAR and OncoQuant to the latest software version, compatible with the offered platform.
