The subject of the contract is the supply with installation and commissioning of an integrated technological system for NGS long-read sequencing, with PromethION 24 platform and automated library preparation unit, in advanced configuration with included accessories at the headquarters of UMF Iași, at the location indicated by the beneficiary. The requested system consists of high-capacity NGS sequencing equipment intended for whole genome analysis through long-read technology, along with all the necessary accessories and components for complete operation. It will be integrated with an automated library preparation unit for NGS applications, which serves to optimize and automate workflows. The unit ensures standardized and reproducible preparation of nucleic acid libraries (DNA/RNA), being fully compatible with the system and indispensable for using it at maximum capacity. During the warranty period of 24 months, the supplier will provide complete verification and maintenance services for the supplied and installed system, in accordance with the technical specifications and manufacturer's recommendations, and the cost of the maintenance services will be included in the final offered price, excluding VAT.

The supplier will provide a warranty of 24 months for the supplied system, without additional costs for the contracting authority. The supplier will provide the beneficiary with the warranty certificate upon delivery of the system. The integrated technological system will be supplied, installed, and commissioned no later than 15.12.2025. The contractor will ensure on-site training for the staff designated by the contracting authority, immediately after the commissioning of the system. Training will be organized for a minimum of 5 users, and at the end they will receive training certificates. During the warranty period of 24 months, the supplier will provide complete verification and maintenance services for the supplied and installed system, in accordance with the technical specifications and manufacturer's recommendations. The cost of the maintenance services will be included in the final offered price, excluding VAT. In case of defects, the supplier will ensure: remote technical support (by phone or online) within a maximum of 72 hours from notification and on-site intervention, at the beneficiary's premises, within a maximum of 15 days from notification.
