1.The subject of the contract is:
1) Delivery of licenses along with the implementation and configuration of an integrated system (XDR class) for detecting, monitoring, removing, and preventing threats and advanced cyber attacks in the internal IT network of the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Legnica (hereinafter also referred to as: the system),
2) Maintenance and support of the system,
3) Provision of SOC function outsourcing through Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services with remote monitoring and response 24/7, along with conducting training for the IT Department staff and employees designated by the Ordering Party.
The Ordering Party requires that the services be provided in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e.: NIS2 (Directive on network and information security), KSC (National Cybersecurity System) and the EU regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), as well as applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).
The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter also referred to as: OPZ) is included in Chapter XXVII of this SWZ (which will subsequently constitute Annex No. 2A to the Agreement).
2. The conditions for performing the order are also specified in Chapter XX of the SWZ (in the drafted contractual provisions).
