The subject of the public procurement is "delivery" as defined in Article 3, Paragraph 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), as the selected contractor should provide delivery, installation/mounting, commissioning, and warranty maintenance of laboratory equipment divided into ten specific lots:
Lot 1: Precision scales, including two nomenclatures: 1.1: Precision scale for the needs of the Faculty of Biology – 1 pc. and 1.2: Analytical scale (electronic) for the needs of the INFRAMAT project, NIS №3307 – 1 pc.
Lot 2: Heating and cooling devices, including two nomenclatures: 2.1: Vertical autoclave for the needs of project KP-06-N71/13, NIS №2966 – 1 pc. and 2.2: Horizontal autoclave for the needs of project KP-06-N83/7 from 05.12.2024, NIS №2982 – 1 pc.;
Lot 3: Binocular stereomicroscope for the needs of the Faculty of Biology – 3 pcs.;
Lot 4: Other general equipment or equipment with general application, including two nomenclatures for the needs of project 80-10-99/28.05.2025: 4.1: Magnetotherapy device and 4.2: Air purifier with ionizer – 1 pc. and UV lamp – 1 pc.;
Lot 5: Combined device for electro and ultrasound therapy for the needs of the National Center for Polar Research – 1 pc.;
Lot 6: Laboratory dryer with natural convection for the needs of project 80-10-134/03.06.2025 – 1 pc.;
Lot 7: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for the needs of project KP-06-N81/4 from 04.12.2024, NIS №2976 – 1 pc.;
Lot 8: Horizontal electrophoresis set with two baths and documentation system for the needs of project KP-06-N81/4 from 04.12.2024, NIS №2976 – 1 pc.;
Lot 9: Laboratory centrifuges and their accessories for the needs of the INFRAMAT project, NIS №3307, including two nomenclatures: 9.1: Centrifuge – 1 pc. and 9.2: Vortex – 1 pc.
Lot 10: Vacuum pumping station consisting of a turbo molecular pump combined with a dry fore pump and with a control LED display for the needs of project D01-95/26.06.2025, NIS №3434 – 1 pc.
