The solution must be designed to minimize operational costs for the contracting authority.

The subject of the performance is a solution for implementing tools for recording and evaluating the activities of the information or communication system, its users, and administrators (Log/Event Management/SIEM) through partial technological supplies and measures (HW / SW) in the scope of delivery of a solution for centralized logging, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and HW needed to ensure the operation of the implemented parts including related implementation services and training of administrators, ensuring standard warranty and providing support for the operation of the delivered solution for 60 months and providing Security Operation Centre (SOC) services for 60 months.
