The dynamic purchasing system is created for the delivery of laboratory supplies and reagents for the needs of the medical-diagnostic clinical laboratory at MBAL "St. Ivan Rilski Gorna Oryahovitsa" EOOD.
In the initial "General Technical Specification for the Dynamic Purchasing System" attached to the documentation, the necessary reagents and supplies and their quantities are specified according to the evaluation of the Contracting Authority at the moment of the creation of the DPS. These quantities are indicative and do not obligate the Contracting Authority to assign them in their full volume. The specification may be changed during the course of the DPS, including adding new reagents and supplies and/or changing their quantities. The specification may also be modified and supplemented during the conduct of limited procedures within the framework of the current DPS.
The duration of the current DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its duration for any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access and participation in it are free and open to all interested parties. Detailed information about its functioning is included in the attached Guidelines for Participation.
The deadline for submitting initial applications for inclusion in the DPS is 23:59 hours on 04.05.2026.
