Description:
The project involves the supply and installation of IT equipment and software to enhance digital services and cybersecurity at the Mikołaj Kopernik Provincial Hospital, including the expansion of PACS and HIS systems, along with necessary training and integration services.

PART NO. 1 SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT AND LICENSES
1) Installation and configuration service of equipment integrated with the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure (system ensuring high availability (active-active storage cluster) and real-time data redundancy with a license, server hardware for the PACS system, LAN network expansion, server expansion) - 1 service;
2) Purchase and delivery of computers:
2.1) Workstations for users - 40 units;
2.2.1) Workstations for administrators - central unit - 4 units;
2.2.2) Workstations for administrators - Monitors - 8 units;
3) Purchase and delivery of a system ensuring high availability (active-active storage cluster) and real-time data redundancy with a license - 1 set;
4) Purchase of equipment and licenses necessary for server expansion:
4.1) Virtualization server - 1 unit;
4.2) Expansion of owned servers - 1 set;
4.3) Server Operating System for a virtual environment enabling licensing of multiple virtual machines - 1 set;
5) Purchase and delivery of equipment and system along with the license necessary for LAN expansion:
5.1) TOR switch - 2 units;
5.2) Access switch - 13 units;
5.3) Network management and access control system (NAC) - 1 set;
6) Conducting and preparing the Ordering Party's final audit in the area of cybersecurity - 1 service;
7) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel in raising awareness in cybersecurity - 1 service;
8) Purchase and delivery of equipment, software, and implementation services necessary for the creation of a backup system:
8.1) Backup server - 1 unit;
8.2) LTO tape library - 1 unit;
8.3) Backup storage array - 1 unit;
8.4) Server Operating System - 1 set;
8.5) Backup software - 1 set;
9) Purchase of SOC service with backup recovery function - 36 months.
PART NO. 2 UPDATE OF PACS SYSTEM ALONG WITH THE DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT TO PACS
1) Expansion of PACS software through the purchase of PACS licenses and implementation services along with staff training - 1 set;
2) Purchase and delivery of server hardware for the PACS system along with licenses:
2.1) PACS server - 3 units;
2.2) Server Operating System - 1 set;
2.3) PACS system storage array - 2 units;
2.4) TOR switch - 4 units;
2.5) FC switch - 4 units;
2.6) Virtualization system - 1 set;
3) Integration service of the PACS system with the HIS system in the area of data exchange with PUI regarding AI, supporting the decision-making process for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions by doctors - 1 service;
4) Purchase and delivery of diagnostic stations - 4 sets.
PART NO. 3 EXPANSION OF HIS SYSTEM
1) Expansion of the HIS system through the purchase of licenses for new modules and extension by at least 7 additional EDM documents and integration with the P1 system along with implementation and support service - 1 set;
2) Purchase and delivery of scanners for digitizing paper documentation, including the discharge summary from hospital treatment - 3 units;
3) Digitization of medical documentation significant for treatment and prevention through the purchase of HL7 CDA to PDF interface licenses with maintenance service during the project's durability along with implementation and staff training - 1 set;
4) Integration service of the HIS system with the PACS system in the area of data exchange with PUI regarding AI, supporting the decision-making process for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions by doctors - 1 service.
