The subject of the tender is the planning, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the power supply and charging infrastructure for operating a total of 15 battery-electric buses in the city bus service of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. The charging infrastructure will be established as a depot charging solution at two locations: four charging points at the existing operating facility (Nehringstraße) and eleven charging points at a separate site (Werner-Reimers-Straße).

The scope of services includes all components between the handover point of the energy supply network and the vehicle contact system, including chargers, a total of 15 charging points with CCS-Combo-2 interface, cable connections, transport and delivery of all system components, as well as their installation and commissioning. Furthermore, the service includes all necessary structural measures for the establishment of the systems and cable laying, excluding underground construction, which will be carried out by the client. Additionally, a backend system for monitoring, controlling, and remote maintenance of the charging infrastructure is to be provided. Moreover, services within the framework of a maintenance and servicing contract are to be performed.

Optionally, the scope of services includes the provision of power supply infrastructure in the form of transformer stations at both locations.
