The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The municipality of Digne-les-Bains, as the Contracting Authority, entrusts the Holder of this framework agreement with the evolution and maintenance of its urban video protection system. The Holder shall carry out, under this framework agreement, the following services: 1) Supply and installation of: - Cameras and accessories, - Equipment for the management, recording, and operation of video streams, - Active network equipment. - Integration equipment, 2) Work for: - Power connection, - Telecom network connections, - Infrastructure and civil engineering. 3) Services for: - Implementation, - Order execution, - Training, - Deployment of fiber optic cables in OWF infrastructure through the GC-BLO offer. 4) Maintenance of the urban video protection equipment and installations and the fiber optic network infrastructure that are in service before the award of this framework agreement as well as those acquired during the duration of the framework agreement. The implementation services include delivery, installation (including work at height and lifting means at the Holder's charge), connection, configuration, and operational commissioning of the necessary materials and software for the functioning of the video protection system, ensuring the best possible performance for normal use of the deployed materials and the realization of the requested service. The installations and work carried out by the Holder must ensure the maintenance of the aesthetic quality of the sites on which it intervenes and meet the requirements of the Territorial Service of Architecture and Heritage.
