The subject of the order is the design, supply, and installation of hybrid photovoltaic micro-installations along with energy storage systems, backup power supply (emergency), and a management system integrating these generating systems with the Polish energy market, intended for operation in municipal public utility buildings:
1. The order includes, in particular:
– development of the required technical documentation as mandated by law and complying with the requirements specified herein,
– obtaining all legally required approvals, opinions, and notifications, especially concerning fire safety and structural integrity,
– delivery of devices and materials,
– installation, commissioning, configuration, and handover of the installation for operation,
– preparation of acceptance documentation containing, in particular, technical data sheets, technical approvals, certificates of the devices and materials used for construction of the installation, acceptance and measurement protocols, and as-built diagrams,
– preparation of operation manuals and training for the installation users.
2. The contracting authority requires that:
– the installed photovoltaic systems' nominal power is not less than the power required for each location,
– the capacity of energy storage systems is not less than the required capacity for each location.
The detailed scope and method of performing the order are specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ 'Subject Requirements for Hybrid Systems' and the documentation contained in the file 'Location Descriptions'.
