Package No. 1 - Expansion of the HIS System and Digitalization of Medical Documentation.
The subject of the order is to provide the service of expanding the HIS system and the service of digitalizing medical documentation for the Voivodeship Hospital Center in Jelenia Góra. The subject of the order includes in particular:
a) development of a pre-implementation analysis;
b) delivery of HIS System licenses, including customization and adaptation of HIS System Modules according to the results of the pre-implementation analysis;
c) implementation of the HIS System and integration with the system used in the Voivodeship Hospital Center in the Jelenia Góra Valley;
d) integration of the HIS System with services available on the P1 platform;
e) conducting training for the Ordering Party's staff,
f) maintenance services to ensure the continuity of services regarding the required functionalities of the HIS System.
