The project focuses on enhancing data security in medical systems by upgrading workstation and server protection and establishing a Security Operations Center service at the Oncology Center of Lublin.

1. The subject of the order is the Improvement of data security processed in medical systems by increasing the level of protection of workstations and servers and implementing a Security Operations Center (SOC) service as part of the project "Development of digital services at the Oncology Center of Lublin Earth named after St. John of Dukla in Lublin." The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts due to the fact that the subject order, in terms of technical, organizational, and economic aspects, forms an inseparable whole. This decision will not violate competition by limiting the opportunities for smaller entities, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to apply for the order. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and applied methods of execution and took into account the structure of potential contractors in the market relevant to the subject of the order. 2. As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to: a) provide the SOC service including monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents in real time. b) support in implementing and maintaining the service; c) integrate the subject of the contract with existing systems. d) ensure appropriate personnel with certified industries; e) conduct free training for the contracting authority's administrators, certified by a training protocol;
