The subject of the order is the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems along with energy storage systems. The subject of the order includes the purchase and installation of energy storage systems EE and/or PV installations on public utility buildings within the municipality of Świebodzice to improve the energy efficiency of these resources owned by the municipality. The order covers public utility buildings intended for providing services to the residents of the municipality of Świebodzice. The contracting authority splits the order into parts and allows for partial offers, as mentioned in Article 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The order consists of two parts:
