As part of the investment process related to the major project concerning the International Center for Advanced Studies of Large River Systems Danubius-RI (HUB and the Delta Dunării Supersite) that is to be built/implemented in the territory of the Danube Delta, Tulcea County, the contracting authority aims to conclude 3 supply contracts for specialized vessels, in accordance with the descriptions pertaining to each of the 3 lots, as follows:
Lot 1 - Multifunctional vessel for Ground Stations (6 units.)
Lot 2 - Sea intervention vessel at buoys and coastal stations (1 unit.)
Lot 3 - Inflatable boat for measurements (1 unit.)
The object of the contract concerns the supply of the products/equipment indicated in the specifications, namely the supply of multifunctional motorized vessels and ancillary services consisting of registration, transport, and maintenance during the warranty period. For this purpose, the future contractor will ensure the supply of the products detailed in the specifications and will provide the associated services related to the supply contract.

Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation. If requests for clarification are received at least 17 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all these clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.

Multifunctional vessel for Ground Stations.
The object of the contract concerns/consists of the supply of a specialized multifunctional vessel, in accordance with the technical specifications detailed in the Technical Sheet.

LOT-0002
Sea intervention vessel at buoys and coastal stations.
The object of the contract concerns/consists of the supply of the products/equipment indicated in the specifications, namely in the supply of a sea intervention vessel, in accordance with the technical specifications detailed in the Technical Sheet.

LOT-0003
Inflatable boat for measurements.
The object of the contract concerns/consists of the supply of the products/equipment indicated in the specifications, namely in the supply of a motorized inflatable boat, in accordance with the technical specifications detailed in the Technical Sheet.
