The subject of the public procurement is the delivery, configuration, implementation, and support of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the environment of the Contracting Authority.
The subject of the public procurement includes analysis, deployment, acquisition of necessary licenses for the tool, its implementation, configuration according to requirements (the work), and subsequent service and development support (technical support services and methodological development services). Detailed specifications of the subject of the public procurement are provided in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference - Technical Specification and in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference - Catalogue of Requirements.
The public procurement is the conclusion of a work contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), which forms Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference.
The public procurement is implemented within the framework of the project called “Cybersecurity of the Prague 1 District,” co-financed from the National Recovery Plan program, based on Call No. 46 - Cybersecurity - Districts, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. Given this fact, the public procurement is awarded in an above-limit regime in accordance with the rules under § 18(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The supplier is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions arising from the mentioned subsidy program that relate to the public procurement.
