Description:
Renovation and upgrade of the harbor facilities at Korsør Naval Station are required, including new technical installations, to address low water depth, limited crane access, and environmental compliance while expanding dock capacity.

The harbor facilities of Korsør Naval Station need to be renovated and upgraded, and new technical installations must be established. The usage of the Naval Station is limited due to low water depth and a limited number of locations where mobile cranes and heavy traffic can be used. There is also a need for necessary renovations of the Naval Station to prevent further restrictions on the use of the Naval Station's dock facilities. At the same time, there is an identified need for additional dock meters to expand the overall capacity. Tightened environmental requirements impose demands on both the handling of waste and wastewater by the units, as well as on the technical installations in the dock facilities in the form of shore power, pipelines for fuel bunkering, sewers, drainage, etc.

The project must be carried out according to the early contractor involvement project model in a main contract. The current tender thus offers a main contractor contract, whereby the contractor is involved in the design period before executing the contract, and in collaboration with the total advisor, develops the project up to an execution project. The parties' full collaboration on the project proceeds through a collaboration phase and an execution phase, where the collaboration phase regulates the process before the transition to execution, and the execution phase relates to the actual execution of the contract.

The Establishment and Terrain Command enters into a separate contract with the total advisor.

The contract material for this main contract consists of a collaboration agreement that regulates the cooperation between the advisor, contractor, and the Establishment and Terrain Command during the design period, and two main contractor contracts that set the terms for execution. The contract is offered based on a construction program.

The project is divided into track A (renovation part) and track B (new construction part) as well as four options. The process for these is described in more detail in the tender material.
