The capacities of cloud resources must be able to be flexibly expanded and adaptable to new needs, in particular in order to link the costs for the IT infrastructure more closely to the course of business and the needs of the customer. Further information on the specific subject matter of the service can be found in the service description (Annex 1), which is already attached to the procurement documents for information.

The intention is to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor. In addition to Bundesdruckerei GmbH, the so-called secondary clients are also entitled to call. These include all companies affiliated with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH or its subsidiaries pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and those companies that emerge from these companies. Currently, the retrieval authorization therefore includes the following secondary clients: D-Trust GmbH, genua GmbH, iNCO Sp. z o.o., Xecuro GmbH, Maurer Electronics GmbH and Maurer Electronics Split d. o.o..
