The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic systems along with energy storage systems. The subject of the contract includes the purchase and installation of EE energy storage systems and/or PV installations on public utility buildings in the municipality of Świebodzice to improve the energy efficiency of these resources owned by the municipality. The contract covers public utility buildings intended for providing services to the residents of the municipality of Świebodzice. The contracting authority divides the contract into parts and allows for partial bids, as mentioned in Article 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.
