The subject of the order is the integration and expansion of the IT systems of the District Hospital in Rawicz Sp. z o.o. along with the implementation and maintenance service. The subject of the order includes:
1) Purchase, integration, and expansion of the integrated IT system of the Hospital;
2) Purchase of a server for the integrated IT system of the Hospital;
3) Purchase of a module for digitizing medical documentation HL7CDA to PDF;
4) Implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central repository of medical data (PUI) for the integrated IT system of the Hospital.
As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) conduct a pre-implementation analysis;
2) supply a dedicated server for the HIS system (including the delivery and implementation of the latest version of the database engine, fully compatible with the currently operated solution. The subject of the order also includes comprehensive environment migration and production system startup on the new platform;
3) implement the HIS system, additional modules/API, and integration with the system used by the Ordering Party;
4) adapt and adjust the Modules of the HIS System according to the results of the pre-implementation analysis;
5) integrate the HIS System with services available on the P1 platform, RZM, PUI, RIS etc.;
6) conduct training for the staff of the Ordering Party;
7) provide warranty service services to ensure continuity of services regarding the implemented functionalities of the HIS System for a period of 36 months.
A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order and in Annex 2 – Draft Supply Agreement. The Contractor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the aforementioned documents before submitting the offer and to clarify any doubts through inquiries to the SWZ before submitting the offer. This description should be interpreted along with any changes to the specification content, resulting from clarifications given in response to contractor inquiries. The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the order takes place under the conditions and terms specified in the template agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the description of the subject of the order.
