The contracting authority – Digital and Information Agency (“DIA”) hereby invites you to participate in the market consultation (“Consultation”), which DIA will conduct in order to verify the feasibility of possible methods for providing the client portion of EUDIW in accordance with Article 5a paragraph 2 of the eIDAS regulation.
DIA is interested in having a framework for providing the client portion of EUDIW adopted in the Czech Republic in accordance with the eIDAS regulation, the implementing rules of the European Commission, Czech implementing regulations, and other generally binding legal regulations, taking into account the options and conditions in the relevant market.
The purpose of the Consultation is to obtain feedback from potential providers of the client portion of EUDIW to verify the possibility of ensuring the provision of the client portion of EUDIW in accordance with the eIDAS regulation.
Based on the evaluation of the received responses, DIA will consider the next steps within the Consultation, or the procedure leading to ensuring the provision of the client portion of EUDIW in accordance with Article 5a paragraph 2 of the eIDAS regulation.
In the first phase of the Consultation, DIA requests all potential providers of the client portion of EUDIW to express their opinions in the form of responses to the questions included in Attachment No. 1 of the invitation to the Consultation.
